2017-2018 Policies
Tuition
Tuition is due on the 1st of each month and considered late after the 10th. Cash and checks will be accepted. A $15 late fee will be charged to all unpaid accounts on the 11th.

Drop off/ pick up
and waiting room etiquette
Please do not drop off your child more than 15 mins prior to his/her dance class time. We cannot supervise children dropped off early or picked up late. For safety, please instruct your child to remain inside until you arrive. Please call or text ahead of time if you are running late.

Costume policy
Recital and competition costumes can not be ordered without your payment. If a class is dropped after the costume has been ordered we will not be able to get a refund from the costume company therefor all costume payments are nonrefundable.
We are dedicated to having a positive and encouraging atmosphere for all students, parents and staff. We will not tolerate any negativity, gossip, or otherwise disrespectful behavior. Poor behavior from any student or parent may result in dismissal from our studio, if termination occurs, any fees paid will NOT be refunded.
Attendance policy
Students must be attending all classes registered for. If any classes are missed you MUST schedule a private lesson (unless told otherwise) to get caught up on what was missed. We will not be able to catch you up in the middle of a class. Contact Mrs.Brittany or Ms.Camryn for private lesson.
